At Touchwood Beauty, we ship our premium natural skincare products across India. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. If we cannot ship to your location, we will inform you when you place your order.

2. How to Place an Order

1. Browse products on our website and click Shop Now or contact us on WhatsApp.
2. Share your name, delivery address, phone number, and the products you wish to order.
3. We will confirm availability, total amount (including shipping if applicable), and payment details.
4. Complete payment via UPI or bank transfer as listed on our Contact page.
5. Share your payment screenshot on WhatsApp for order confirmation.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Other locations: approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas: may take up to 10 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on order value, weight, and delivery location. We will clearly communicate the total amount including shipping before you confirm your order. Free or discounted shipping may be offered on promotions from time to time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking details via WhatsApp or email where available. You can use these details to track your shipment on the courier's website or app.

7. Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional re-delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the package and products
• Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Express Delivery

Express or priority delivery may be available on request for select locations. Additional charges apply. Contact us on WhatsApp to check availability for your pin code.

10. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For bulk, gift set, or wholesale orders, shipping timelines and charges may differ. We will provide a custom quote including delivery details when you enquire.
