These Terms of Use govern access to https://touchwoodbeauty.com and purchase of Touchwood Beauty products. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. About Us

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of account and shipping information.
3. Products and Pricing
Product images and descriptions are illustrative; natural products may vary slightly in colour or scent. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an affected unpaid order.
Products are for external use only unless the product page says otherwise.
4. How to Order
Orders are placed on this website: add items to cart, enter a delivery address, and choose prepaid checkout (Cashfree) or Cash on Delivery where offered. An order number is created when checkout is submitted. For prepaid orders, the contract is confirmed when payment is successful. For COD, the contract is confirmed when we accept the order (typically immediately after checkout).
WhatsApp, phone, or email may be used for support, not as the primary checkout. We do not require UPI screenshots to confirm website orders.
5. Payment
- Prepaid: cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods enabled on Cashfree. Payment is collected by Cashfree on our behalf.
- Cash on Delivery: available only when shown at checkout. A COD fee may apply. Pay the courier in cash (or as the courier allows) on delivery.
Unpaid prepaid orders may be cancelled automatically if payment is not completed within the payment window. You can pay again from My Orders while the retry option is available and stock remains.
6. Promotions and Coupons
Coupons are subject to the rules shown at checkout. We may withdraw a promotion or refuse a code that was obtained or applied in error.
7. Shipping and Title
Delivery is explained in the Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, except where the courier is at fault.
8. Cancellation, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
Cancellation and refund rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use our brand, photos, or copy without permission.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content, product names, and imagery belong to Touchwood Beauty or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except for liability that cannot be excluded (including for proven manufacturing defect causing personal injury).
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Odisha, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer-forum rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for new orders.
